THIQAH signed a memorandum of understanding with the Oman Information and Communication Technology Group, "ITHCA Group", with the aim of joint cooperation to develop and launch common business in the field of electronic services or information technology and investing each of their added values to achieve their interests and the general interests of the target audience.

The memorandum was signed by the CEO of Strategic Partnerships at THIQAH, Bader Abdullah Al-Omari, and the CEO of ITHCA Group, Said Abdullah Al-Mandhari.

The CEO of Strategic Partnerships at THIQAH, Bader Abdullah Al-Omari, said the cooperation with ITHCA Group in the Sultanate of Oman aim to find various investment opportunities in the digital sector to enhance, ensure and augment investments that will support the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the digital infrastructure necessary to achieve this goal; the group being specialized in this aspect, and this cooperation being a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and expertise between the Saudi and Omani sides which enhances the course of digital transformation and their future visions.

Al-Omari stressed that the desire of the two parties for joint cooperation has enhanced the study of opportunities available in the technical sector to find smart solutions that create change and have an impact that contributes to the growth of digital business services. He added that THIQAH is privileged to harness its technical capabilities to enable digital prosperity for all; knowing that this cooperation will have a great impact on the exchange of ideas and solutions, and that the company shall always strive to provide professional smart solutions according to the highest quality standards for their partners and customers in order to lead change and create impact.

The CEO of ITHCA Group, Said Abdullah Al-Mandhari, explained that through this memorandum, the group will work with the Saudi side to discuss mechanisms for benefiting from the experience of THIQAH Business Services Co. in providing smart services and solutions by developing and providing electronic services to many parties. He added that they also seek to enhance this mutual cooperation, through the available services that are compatible with the trends of digital transformation in the Sultanate, and to serve the requirements of technical companies under the group.

Al-Mandhari pointed out that through this partnership, they will discuss the different cooperation approaches concerned with drug registration and safety product registration in addition to the development of a smart solution for managing competitions and government procurement, a digital platform for legal documentation, and a smart solution for e-auctions.
